Once shipped, approximatively :

- Canada: 5-7 business days 

- USA: 7-10 business days

- international: 2-3 weeks/ 1 month

Package 

I ship everything in either waterproof bubblewrap packages or rigid mailers for prints. Charms have protective layers that you can peel. 

Misc 

- The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Please contact me within 24 hours of order for address change. I cannot redirect a shipment once it is dispatched.

- Final sale - Returns are not accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact me if anything is wrong with your order.

FAQ 

What are B Grades? 
All B grades are always titled as "B grade" in product name. They have manufacturing defects and they're sold at reduced price depending on the damage. This means charms will have some small dents in the epoxy, or the surface is slightly wavy. For prints this means slight rounded corners or misprints. Here's some examples:
